In the final days of the trip the students will be visiting the town of Chincha, three hours south of Lima.  Many parts of Chincha were severely affected by an earthquake back in 2007 and many families are still living in makeshift accommodation.  Lizeth and Mallory and their families were identified by Mrs. Grimaldi, the wife of the ex-Alcalde (Mayor) of Sunampe in Chincha, and recommended for support by the project.  Harry visited the families in January 2026 and recorded these videos to help the WHS students understand a little more about the proposed project and to help to support the fundraising.  Here are the videos.  In early July we will send more photos and videos of the WHS students building and interacting with Lizeth, Mallory and their families.
